Shipping Information
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, subject to availability, receipt of payment and credit authorization. We'll inform you if an item is out of stock. If an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation from the online store within 48 hours of placing your order, please e-mail us at info@smartzone-hk.com. In order for us to provide the best customer service, please include your full name and zip/postal code in your e-mail.

 

Shipping Prices
Shipping and processing fees are based on your order total (excluding taxes) and include the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging your products, and delivering them to you and/or designated recipients. We are currently using DHL as our worldwide delivery agent and our warehouse is located in Hong Kong (some items may store in United States, check with us if you need details). Therefore, all shipping fees are calculated based on dispatching from Hong Kong.

 

Sales Terms & Conditions
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions concerning sales orders with our online store. All prices on our online stores are shown in US dollars (USD). The price is exclusive of any shipping and processing charges, import duties and taxes
(assessed at Customs). Any order being shipped may be subject to incremental import duties and
taxes. Custom and tariff fees may apply according to your country's import laws. These fees are not collected by Smart Zone, and Smart Zone does not have control of these fees. When placing an order on our online store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid by you. Some items sold on Smart Zone Online Shop may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items; therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
Unless requested, items shipped UNINSURED at buyer’s risk. Not responsible for loss or theft during shipping.
